With views directly over a lengthy stretch of golden Cornish sand to the roaring Atlantic Ocean and beyond, Bodeeve is the ultimate beach holiday location. With a sun-trap balcony overlooking the beach and sea, plus a pretty garden with a decked area, this timber clad modern chalet-style house is the ideal place to experience a beach holiday in beautiful Cornwall.

A large living area is the heart of the home with a modern kitchen which is superbly equipped for preparing tasty meals. A circular pine table sits to the side and makes a lovely spot for meals with your loved ones. After dinner, relax on the large, comfy sofas which are perfectly positioned for making the most of the wall of windows and bifold doors offering views to the horizon. The doors pull aside to bring the wonderful Atlantic air in, whilst also giving you access to the wonderful seaside garden with grasses, flowers, driftwood and pebbles. A large decked area has patio furniture where guests can enjoy traditional Cornish cream teas after mornings strolling the sands and getting pummelled by the surf.

On rainy evenings, catch up with a TV series or movie on the large flat screen television or maybe entertain friends at the grand piano which sits in the corner of the living area. For quiet moments, head to the cosy snug to read a book or take a nap.

When the sea air starts to tire guests out there are three large bedrooms. On the ground floor there is an accessible double with a super king, or twin beds as required, with a large en-suite shower room. With views over the rolling green fields, guests will enjoy a restful night's sleep and peaceful views when the morning arrives. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms. At the top of the house is the spectacular master with breathtaking views across Praa Sands and over the ocean. Doors can be flung wide to reveal a private balcony with a table and chairs where you can enjoy morning coffee and pastries while taking in the vista and planning the day ahead. There is another double room, plus a large family bathroom with a deep tub for soaking away the sand and sea water.

There are lots of nice places locally to enjoy nights out. For relaxed beers by the beach, head to The Sandbar, while those seeking a traditional pub with a crackling fire and warm welcome should try The Victoria Inn. Guests will also love spending time on the many nearby beaches, or wandering the coastal paths that wind around the area.
