If you have any questions about a particular property it is best to ask the owner by using the contact form. While we know a lot about the properties we list, the owner will know best!
Need to redeem a Voucher?
Vouchers have been extended due to Covid-19.
To give you more time to plan and book your trip using a Coolstays voucher, all vouchers are now valid for two years from purchase date.
- If the property has a "contact the owner" button, please make your booking directly with the
owner
of that property and then send us your booking confirmation along with your voucher code and
bank
details for the refund using our secure
form.
- If the property has a "book online" button which takes you to one of our partners' sites to
book,
please make your booking on their site as normal and then send us their confirmation, your
voucher
code and bank details for the refund using our secure
form.
