Higher Trowan is a single-storey cottage built in traditional Cornish style that sleeps four. With its designer amenities and decor and its balanced colour scheme, the property has an air of stately, yet humble, elegance. This all works to complement the views from within the property, too; from both inside the cottage and the private garden, Higher Trowan provides snapshots of both local farmland and the gorgeous Cornish coast.

The property also offers guests access to a beautiful, quaint private garden and patio, both of which are the perfect way to enjoy the beautiful Cornish weather with some privacy. Outdoors, you'll also find a BBQ; ideal for guests who enjoy dining al fresco.

Accommodating parties of up to four, with a king size and twin bedroom, Higher Trowan is perhaps best suited for smaller family retreats or couples looking to spend some quality time on the Cornish coast. The property is ideal for self-catering, with an extensive, fully-equipped kitchen available onsite, as well as outdoor cooking facilities. Higher Trowan's open-plan kitchen and living area gives the cottage a sense of flow and openness and makes entertaining feel like second nature.

As if that wasn't enough, St. Ives is also a hub for exploring Cornwall's coast. The town boasts some of the region's finest surf beaches, including easy access to the renowned Porthmeor Beach. Animal enthusiasts may want to visit Seal Island from St Ives; accessible via boat, the island is home to a significant colony of Atlantic grey seals.
