Devon Pink House is large and sprawling with a lovely garden and plenty of nooks and crannies for everyone to relax. It would be an ideal holiday home for a multi-generational family seeking a comfortable and welcoming place from which to explore the North Devon Coast and its beautiful beaches.

This iconic pink property is tucked away in its own grounds but within easy reach of all the excitement of the coast. Surrounded by pretty gardens, it is an idyllic place where happy memories can be made.

The interior blends charming original features with updated modern facilities and beautiful furnishings. Once you've parked and unpacked the luggage you might like to gather in the heart of the home, the stunning and very large kitchen, where you can enjoy a welcome drink and soak up the peace and quiet. The kitchen is light and airy and comes fully equipped with everything you could need to whip up delicious meals. Settle in at the long dining table which comfortably accommodates 10 on cushioned chairs and bench seating. This is a wonderful place to enjoy bustling breakfasts as a family before heading out for a day of exploration. There's also a breakfast island where you can perch with a glass of wine and watch the cook. And if you fancy a night off you can book a private chef to come in and serve you a feast whilst you enjoy a cocktail.

After dinner, settle in the living room beneath exposed beams, light the wood burner, get cosy and enjoy a film on the flat screen TV. Simply furnished with stylish antique pieces, comfy sofas and armchairs, a large rug and plants dotted about, it's a lovely space to curl up with a good book. There are plenty of little nooks if you want some alone time. Get cosy on the velvet blue armchair and read the papers or settle in the alcove window seat and enjoy a pretty view of the garden.

When it's time to sleep you'll find the five bedrooms are all equally lovely with large comfortable beds decked out with crisp linens and warm duvets. All of the rooms are furnished in elegant style with beautiful antique pieces. Heavy curtains ensure a peaceful night's sleep and in the morning you can throw them back and let the morning sunshine stream into your room.

There are three luxurious bathrooms with one ensuite so everyone can enjoy a morning shower without a big queue! Head down to the kitchen for breakfast and perhaps enjoy a first cup of coffee in the pretty gardens and make your plans for the day.

You might like to pack up a picnic and drive over to Westward Ho! This beautiful Victorian coastal resort offers two miles of golden sand and has the prestigious Blue Flag award. You'll find plenty of places to enjoy lunch, do a little shopping, embark on some wonderful walks and discover hidden beaches to explore!

Head along to Appledore, a picturesque quayside village with colourful houses and winding streets. Home to a thriving art scene you'll find plenty of galleries and craft shops as well as an annual book festival and a carnival. The Tarka Trail which you can walk or cycle is only two miles from the village with the South West Coast Path right on your doorstep. So strap on your boots and explore the wonders of North Devon.
