When you enter, you’ll find a bright and airy living room that is the social heart of the home. Here you’ll find big high ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, alongside comfy sofas and armchairs and a wall-mounted TV. When the sun is shining, however, you’ll want to spend most of your time socialising in the superb garden, which offers lovely views of the surrounding scenery. There’s a fantastic alfresco dining table here for summer lunches and some great outdoor seating where you can get comfy with a drink in hand and watch as the sun begins to set. The walled garden is also completely secure, making it perfect for kids and four-legged friends to roam free.

The Old Stables also has a superb, modern kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to whip up a feast, from a high-level oven to a wine cooler. A striking ash-topped island offers plenty of prep space, and the six-seater dining table is the perfect spot for long, lazy breakfasts or lively evening meals. Huge windows overlook the gardens, making sure you never miss a second of the stunning rural backdrop.

When night falls, each of the three bedrooms has been designed for ultimate relaxation. The master suite is a dream, with its four-poster bed, DreamCloud mattress and French doors that open straight onto the garden - ideal for sneaking out to catch the sunrise. It also has its own sleek ensuite with a walk-in shower. The middle bedroom features a king size bed, a calming night-sky mural and an ensuite bathroom with a deep tub for long, indulgent soaks. The third bedroom can be set up as a super-king or a twin, making it perfect for families.

With acres of parkland right on your doorstep, there are plenty of scenic walks to enjoy - just remember to keep your pup on a lead while exploring. Just a short drive away, North Norfolk’s breathtaking coastline awaits, with its expansive sandy beaches, rugged cliffs and picture-perfect seaside villages.

Inland, you'll find a collection of charming market towns like Holt, Burnham Market and Fakenham, each brimming with character.
