Situated in the charming village of Brancaster within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Dune House could provide an ideal base for families to explore the glorious Norfolk coastline.
This calm and contemporary house has room for up to eight guests spread across four bedrooms. There is a master bedroom that comes with its own new ensuite bathroom, a double room, a twin room and a single bedroom. Space for an eighth guest comes in the form of a pull-out bed in the single room.
The double room and twin room are both newly refurbished, as are the cloakroom and kitchen downstairs. The kitchen in particular is impressively stocked and furnished, with a wide array of gadgets and appliances to suit every need. Induction hobs and a dishwasher mean that any cooking and cleaning you do will be quick and efficient. There’s also plenty of space here if you want to make meals a focal point of your stay, with a dining table and island in the room helping to make this space a particularly social one.
If you’re looking for a cosier place to unwind together, the living room has you covered. There are plenty of sofas and a log burner, making this room a great spot for a quiet night in. The room provides ample home entertainment options too, with a large flat screen TV, BT Sport and a Sonos music system all on hand.
Dune House also comes with a fully enclosed garden, so when the weather’s good you can enjoy a peaceful evening making the most of the property’s well-lit terrace.
Speaking of the outdoors, one of the best aspects of Dune House is undoubtedly its location. It makes an ideal base for anyone looking to explore all that the Norfolk coast has to offer.
A golden sandy beach is within walking distance to the north, and the area is a real hotspot for seafood. The village of Brancaster itself is renowned for its mussels, and you’ll be sure to find these on the menu at the pubs and restaurants nearby. For wildlife fans, you’ll be able to visit RSPB Titchwell Marsh, a peaceful sanctuary for native and migrating birds alike, just a few miles away. And if you’re more of an adrenaline junkie, you’ll find opportunities to try sailing and kite surfing nearby too!
Please note: minimum stay for this property is: 3 nights low season & 7 nights high season
