You should know
- Pets, smoking, loud music outdoors, fires and parties aren’t allowed here. There is a £200 fine for every house rule broken.
- Please be respectful and refrain from loud noises during quiet hours: 22:00 - 07:00.
- You can charge your electric car here for an agreed rate. Please get in touch with the host in advance.
- No extra guests other than those listed in the booking are allowed at any time unless agreed in advance. There is a £200 charge for every additional guest.
- Standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Please message the hosts to request an early check-in or late check-out. Early Check-in (from 2:30pm) and late check-out (by 11:30am) are subject to availability and cost £40 each. Unauthorised late check-outs or early check-ins aren’t allowed.
- Keys must be left in the lockbox when checking out. It is considered a broken house rule if guests lose the keys or fail to put them in the lockbox.
- The property has a Nest Camera within the hallway directed towards the front door for security reasons. Please note there is no sound recording in use.

When bedtime beckons, Sandy Barn sleeps up to 10 guests across four delightful bedrooms. The spacious bedrooms are minimally designed, with whitewashed walls and plenty of natural light, creating calming spaces for rest and relaxation. After a restful night’s sleep in the main bedroom, open the doors onto the patio and wake up with a cafeteria coffee in the sunshine. The four bedrooms share five modern bathrooms, all of which feature a mix of big bathtubs and spacious showers.
After whiling away the hours in your spacious retreat, you can discover the best Norfolk has to offer. The coast is about a half-hour drive away, so go seal spotting at Horsey Beach or stroll along the long, sandy stretches of Sea Palling Beach before retiring back to the barn. Closer to home, you can traverse the cycling and walking trails in the Broads National Park, keeping your eyes peeled for rare wildlife.
When you return from your outdoor adventures, hang your scarves and wellies on the coat and shoe rack and pop a load in the washing machine in the spacious utility room before cosying up by the stove.
