This handsome building was once a coach house and is now a cosy, welcoming space with a pretty walled-garden. It makes a perfect base for families looking to explore Norfolk's historic towns, beaches and famous Broads.
Built from local red brick with sage-green windows, this period property will delight those seeking a traditional stay with all the modern comforts.
The interior is full of authentic features including beautiful original brickwork flooring in the kitchen and dining area, a magnificent Inglenook fireplace and reclaimed beams which criss-cross the ceiling.
Guests arrive into the kitchen of the house. It's equipped with all mod-cons, so whipping up delicious dinners is a cinch. The large wooden dining table is placed so you can enjoy a well-earned drink while gazing out over the pretty garden through the French doors.
In warmer months, enjoy meal times al fresco in the sun-trap garden at the outdoor dining table, which overlooks the well-kept lawn and thoughtfully-planted borders. This peaceful, enclosed area offers privacy for guests and safety for youngsters as they play.
During the cooler months, the Coach House has a delightful lounge where you can kick back and relax. Sink into one of the deep sofas and warm your toes by the crackling wood-burning fire. This relaxing room has a calm, cosy atmosphere perfect for unwinding after long journeys or days exploring the local area.
And when it's time for bed, there are three lovely bedrooms, all with comfortable beds and quality linens. These sunny rooms are immaculately-styled ensuring you enjoy a restful sleep, waking refreshed and ready for the new day. The property also comes with two smart bathrooms plus a shower room, meaning no queues in the morning.
There is plenty to discover nearby, the property is a short drive from Norwich, Holt and Burnham Market, and within easy reach of the iconic North Norfolk coastline and famous Norfolk Broads. And if a good meal out is required, the wonderful local, The Banningham Crown, is just a short walk from the Coach House and comes highly recommended.
