A delightful pair of luxury holiday apartments, Marners Rock Apartments offers a snapshot into seaside life in Fowey, Cornwall. Whether it’s a one-bedroom apartment hosting a couples’ getaway or a three-bedroom apartment for a retreat with friends, Marners Rock’s interior design is intricate and detail-oriented. Think cosy, colourful furnishings, quaint bookcases and exposed wood.
With two choices of apartments, the Marners Rock complex has something for every group. Marners Rock No 1 is a charming one-bedroom apartment nestled away on the ground floor of a late Victorian end-of-terrace townhouse; immersed in the centre of Fowey, this is the ideal way to experience the local area. Sleeping two, the open-plan living space is sociable and homely, with a stone-topped breakfast bar dividing the kitchen from the seating area. Equipped with everything necessary to cook a warming, hearty meal, the kitchen’s circular dining table is tucked away in front of a charming bay window. With a connecting door to the second apartment, the two properties can be rented together for an extended getaway.
Upstairs, No 2 forms a spacious three-bedroom apartment with immaculately finished details. No 2 offers lovely views across Fowey to the river and beyond. This apartment is luxuriously furnished, with lots of attention to detail that ensures the history and character of the building has been preserved. Both apartments include a full-height large 70/30 fridge freezer, a microwave, a four-ring induction hob, an oven and a dishwasher alongside a Nespresso coffee machine and stone-tiled kitchen flooring.
No 2 is nicely linked to the apartment below, Marners Rock No1, via a connecting door found on the ground floor. This means that a person may wish to rent both apartments together to accommodate groups of up to eight people.
A port town and civil parish located at the mouth of the River Fowey, this beauty spot in Cornwall is an exciting location for all the family. The 16-century ruins of St Catherine’s Castle provide a fascinating escape for history fanatics, alongside Fowey Museum and Fowey Parish Church. If you’re looking to explore the outdoors, the National Trust’s Fowey Estuary provides a steep walk with gorgeous snapshots of the locality. The younger years will no doubt be entertained by Fowey Aquarium, hosting the ideal location for discovering the varied marine life of Cornwall’s coast, and the Eden Project is located just seven miles away.

1 bedroom apartment (No 1) £135 - £300/night
3 bedroom apartment. (No 2) £210 -£475/night
Seasonal and last minute discount usually applied as well as repeat visit discounts.
Rental rate for both are combined price for apertment 1 and 2.
