Head out to explore this beautiful stretch of coastline or pack a picnic and your swimming things and enjoy a day on the beach. In the evenings, sit out on the balcony with a glass of something and relax as evening draws in.
Inside, this top floor apartment feels bright and spacious thanks to the Velux balcony windows and the open-plan design of the living space. You’ll be drawn straight to the windows that offer stunning views over the beach and far out to sea. The relaxed lounge area is filled with natural light and invites you to sink into the big comfy sofa and put your feet up after a day of exploring or you can head over to the well-equipped kitchen to prepare yourself a snack. In the evenings, this space becomes cosy as the sky changes colour outside and everyone gathers around the dining table for a meal together.
There are three bedrooms, two doubles and a bunk room, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests in total. The main bedroom is just next to the living space and also features balcony windows so you can make the most of that view and listen to the sounds of the sea from the comfort of the super-king size bed. The ensuite bathroom is stylish and contemporary with a rainfall shower and fluffy towels waiting for you on the heated rail. The second bedroom has a double bed that can fold away if you’d prefer to use this space as a study or somewhere to do a bit of yoga in the mornings. The final bedroom features four bunk beds that can be configured in various ways to suit your group. These two bedrooms share a family bathroom that's just as inviting as the ensuite.
With the beach just moments away, you’ll find plenty to keep you entertained right on your doorstep. Cawsand is a charming fishing village located on the Rame Peninsula and tends to be less crowded than some neighbouring holiday spots, even in the summer. Go for a wander through the village, its streets lined with pretty cottages and stop off for a traditional Cornish cream tea or an ice cream. Kingsand Beach is just next door or you can head off along the South West Coast Path to discover more hidden coves and bays as well as some spectacular views. For a change of pace, board the Cawsand Ferry from the beach and visit the bustling city of Plymouth with its many shops, pubs and restaurants.
