Each snug sits next to a field that sometimes contains some of the “World’s Cutest Sheep”, a flock of Swiss Valais Blacknose sheep that you can watch as you enjoy a nice warm cup of tea. Guests at each snug are also provided with a big, comfy super-king size bed fitted with luxury cotton linen. At the head of the bed is a round window that offers idyllic views of the River tay.
Both interiors match that of a luxury hotel room and they both have smart TVs with Netflix, meaning you can settle in for a box set marathon or movie night with your loved one. There’s also a bluetooth sound system, mood lighting, wireless phone chargers, WiFi and blackout blinds.
Stepping outside, each of the snugs has a fire pit where you can toast marshmallows under the stars and BBQs for you to whip up some locally sourced ingredients to enjoy alfresco in the summer sunshine. However, if you did want to venture out to eat, you’ll be pleased to know there are a number of amazing restaurants in the area that offer a range of fine dining and pub-style food. When it comes to mealtimes, there are numerous local inns, tavern, cafes and restaurants in the area and there are also a number of takeaways that can deliver direct to your snug. Breakfast is also included in your stay and is made using using beautiful, locally sourced products.
Also outside each hut sits the private hot tub, the ultimate in luxury and relaxation. Open a bottle of something delicious and settle in for a soak as you watch the sunset.
Back inside, each snug has an ensuite wetroom that has chrome and ceramic fittings, a mirror, a WC and a shower. The snugs also feature energy-efficient climate control that provides heating and cooling, and there’s also MVHR and HEPA filtration as standard to protect hay fever and allergy sufferers. The snugs also feature Dualit kettles, Nespresso coffee machines, tea and coffee making facilities and a silent fridge.
If you can tear yourself away from your snug, there’s lots to see and do in the area. You'll be delighted to know that you're a stone's throw from The Fife Coastal Path, Perth, Dundee and university town of St Andrews.
You’re also close to the friendly rural town of Newburgh on the edge of the River Tay in north east Fife. This historic town has links to Knights of the Round Table, William Wallace and the Royals, as well as being the home of Lindores Abbey, the spiritual home of Scotch Whisky. The surrounding area is also extremely picturesque, with miles upon miles of beautiful countryside and the River Tay just waiting to be explored.
