The Nook is a stylish, cool and luxurious property surrounded by countryside where you can play your music, enjoy the quiet or just bob around in the hot tub. With its high-end amenities and gorgeous sprawling interior it would be the perfect escape for a group of friends wanting to chill together or a family celebration.
Originally part of the family home, The Nook is just a short drive from the main Estate but sits entirely alone on the landscape providing privacy and fabulous views all around. Once you've parked up you can gather in the state-of-the-art kitchen for a welcome drink. The bespoke space has a breakfast bar where you can lounge, twin ovens for the cooking of feasts, two dishwashers and an American-style fridge freezer. There's a large dining table perfect for convivial meals or celebratory suppers, and large bi-fold doors open onto the patio so you can mingle inside and out whilst the cocktails are mixed.
The house is ideally set up for gatherings and parties and there's a fantastic music room with a large entertainment system that connects with Spotify, and if you want to go old-school there's a huge collection of vinyl to choose from. The system also connects to the lounge and kitchen so you can play tunes throughout the house. With the all-important glitter ball above and an array of guitars and other musical instruments to choose from, you can keep the party going all night!
If you're planning a more chilled evening you can unwind in the spacious lounge decked out with vintage Danish furniture. Sink into the large comfy sofas and armchairs, light up the wood-burning stove and have a movie night with surround sound. And if you want to catch up over a game or two you'll find heaps of board games in the cupboard under the stairs. All you need to do is open the wine and pop out some snacks. For those who have to catch up on a little work there's also a desk tucked away in the corner.
There are three bedrooms to choose from, all on the first floor. These have a country living vibe to them with pretty wallpaper and big comfy beds. Mysa, Fika and Orka all come with their own ensuite facilities that include a luxurious deep roll-top bathtub and a separate shower. Two of the rooms have super-king size beds which can be made into twins and the third has a king size bed. All of the rooms have their own TVs and with free WiFi and Chrome-Cast throughout no one will have to miss out on their favourite shows!
In the morning take a soak in the bathtub or an invigorating shower before joining everyone for breakfast. If the weather is good head out to the patio and dine alfresco as you make plans for the day. For lunch why not fire up the Weber BBQ and spend the afternoon enjoying a cocktail in the hot tub?
You'll be short drive from the Cotswold villages of Broadway and Chipping Campden which are well worth a visit and full of lovely tea rooms and pubs. For some excellent dining there are three fantastic restaurants to choose form in Farncombe Estate where you'll be staying. The Fish is a fabulous choice for seafood lovers and offers Hook for formal dining and Feasting on the Deck for private alfresco three course BBQ's. Dormy House has Mo, where you can sample a tasting menu at the chef's table or a glamorous supper in The Back Garden, perfect for a special occasion. There are also two bars and lounges where you can enjoy some small bites, pizza's and fabulous cocktails!
