The traditional wooden structure and vibrant colour palette bring the yurt’s character to life. Whether it's a summer escape or cosy winter break, this peaceful haven perched on a gorgeous hillside is perfect no matter the season. As you wander through the lush greenery and down the path to your enchanting home you will feel as though you are walking straight into a fairy tale. No detail has been spared at this bespoke hideaway. The exposed wooden structure of the yurt combined with eclectic furnishings and a contemporary touch makes Stargazers' Retreat a unique getaway. It is a super cosy, open-plan living, dining, kitchen and bedroom space with central heating and a wood burner to keep you toasty at any time of year. The beautifully crafted king size bed takes centre stage, adorned with soft bed linens for a restful night's sleep.
There is an additional sleeping area up the ladder on a mezzanine floor, complete with three single beds for younger family members. A holiday highlight will be watching the moon and stars through the traditional Toono window. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave and everything you'll need for an intimate dinner for two or a family meal to be enjoyed around the dining table. The quirky shower room is simply gorgeous, with bespoke tiles and a clear dome ceiling, making it feel as though you are showering in the wild!
Step outside to discover wonderfully panoramic countryside and sparkling sea views. The lovely deck area, complete with table and chairs, is the most idyllic spot for soaking up the sunshine. Enjoy slow mornings with a cup of coffee and watch the natural world go by. There is a sheltered BBQ area, so rustle up some delicious food and enjoy dining in nature. As the sun sets over this idyllic retreat, embrace a starlit dip in the outdoor bathtubs for a romantic evening to remember. If you want to relax and unwind in real style, you can make the most of a number of treatments that can be arranged on-site. These treatments include massage, reflexology, facials, aromatherapy and even Indian head massage. Speak to the owners when booking and they can arrange these treatments for you at a slight added cost.
Being lovers of spas the owners also invite you to enjoy one of their exquisite ‘Bath Oil and Salt’ experiences. These were created to enhance the benefits of lying in hot, deep water outside allowing you to indulge your skin and senses to an aromatherapy treat. These cost £5 each and can be delivered to the yurt in advance or at a requested time.
Guests can even combine an aromatherapy bath with another treatment to create their very own spa experience. Complimentary wellness drinks are also provided to support this curated experience.
The Isle of Wight offers the perfect combination of beautiful beaches, miles of coastal walks and stunning countryside on the doorstep and you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to exploring. Nearby is the village of Niton, where you can stock up on holiday goodies at the local shop or dine out at one of the traditional pubs. Hire a bike in the village and explore the many picturesque cycling routes nearby or head to St Catherine's lighthouse for stunning views. The town of Ventnor is a short drive away and boasts an array of shops, delicious eateries and a traditional beachfront. A little further afield, Freshwater is ideal for swimmers, kayakers and paddle boarders.

Low season (Jan, Feb, March, Nov, Dec – excluding festive period) - from £180 per night midweek, 2 night minimum. From £1,000 per week.
Mid season (April, May, June, Sept, Oct) - from £220 per night, 2 night minimum. From £1,400 per week.
High season (July, Aug) - from £250 per night, From 3 night minimum stay. £1,600 per week.

Booking procedure: 30% non refundable deposit. The full balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation fees: Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. 2 - 6 weeks out 50% of the remainder refunded. Up to 2 weeks out no refund. If we fill the dates a full refund (minus the deposit) is made as goodwill.
