Stylish glamping cabins on the Isle of Wight with comfy interiors, great views, and private hot tubs.
Tapnell Farm's uniquely constructed Modulogs have been carefully designed to allow groups of up to six guests to sleep and relax in comfort. They are nestled into the hillside and offer marvellous views of the surrounding countryside, as well as plenty of outdoor space to rest up and unwind. These Modulogs really are the perfect choice for your next Isle of Wight glamping retreat.
Sit out on your private deck and enjoy the view with your loved ones or hop into the hot tub with a glass of bubbly as the sun begins to set. You can also fire up the BBQ and firepit and cook al fresco whilst remaining nice and warm into the evening. You can even try your hand at pizza making, as there are wood fired, outdoor ovens on site. If you want to pick up some tasty ingredients, then head over to the well-stocked Honesty Shed that's packed with holiday essentials and tasty local produce, including fresh eggs from farm's chickens.
Step inside and the Modulogs each have a nicely laid out living area with space for you to socialise and stay cosy all year round. Sit on the sofas with a glass of wine and fire up the log burner in winter, and come summer, open up the double doors and let that fresh country air in. The living area makes use of homely, soft furnishings, and also has an array of board games on offer to keep you entertained on a rainy day.
The fully insulated cabins have two bedrooms - one double and one twin - and space for another couple on a pull out sofa bed. They also have a shower room, with a shower, basin and WC, whilst bedding and towels are also provided.
Each Modulog has a quaint kitchenette that is nicely equipped meaning you have all the appliances you need to prepare lovely dinners for your group. You have a small fridge with a freezer compartment, an electric oven, microwave, hob, toaster, and a kettle. You can dine outside in the sunshine, or inside on the cute dining table that sits next to the kitchen. You can also make your stay extra special by treating yourself to one of their bespoke hampers, which can be pre-ordered and provide you with an array of tasty treats.
Whilst you will want to lounge around your Modulog with your loved ones, there are lots of fun, family-friendly activities to be had on the farm. Kids will love the Farm Park which has go-karts, jumping pillows, sledge slides and straw barn fun. And they won't want to miss the daily hands-on animal activities where you get to feed the wallabies! The farm also has an Aqua Park, Clay Pigeon Shooting and Rifle Range facility, bike rental, and a lovely on-site bar and restaurant.
Those of you who venture further afield will be able to explore the Isle of Wight and all that it has to offer. There are some lovely beaches nearby including Yarmouth and Freshwater Bay where you can spend the day sunning yourself by the water's edge. The Isle of Wight Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is also not far from your door and offers some lovely walking routes for fans of the great outdoors.
