Nestled at the end of a quiet lane, where friendly ponies and donkeys roam, this luxurious hideaway is thoughtfully decorated with stylish, homely touches and comes complete with a locally-sourced welcome hamper to kickstart your stay.

Inside, the cottage is bright and airy thanks to whitewashed walls and windows that allow the space to fill with natural light. Gather in the comfy and cosy living room, with its fab corner sofa and wall-mounted TV offering the perfect place to enjoy a movie night or box set marathon.

When it comes to preparing dinner, the cosy cottage kitchen has lots of modern amenities, whilst offering a lovely atmosphere in which to cook some locally sourced produce. And when dinner’s ready, dine on the round dining table with underfloor heating keeping your toes toasty as you enjoy social dinners that stretch into the night.

When the sun is shining, step outside into the expansive garden, a peaceful sanctuary to unwind after a day of exploring the stunning New Forest. A short stroll takes you to Hatchet Pond, where you can catch the most breathtaking sunsets.

As night falls, the cottage has three cosy bedrooms that offer a peaceful night’s sleep, one of which features a king size bed. Another has a zip-and-link bed that can either be arranged as a super-king bed or a pair of twins, and also features a pair of French doors that open up to the garden. The last bedroom has a double bed and all three bedrooms share access to the family bathroom, which has a bath for indulgent soaks and a shower over the top.

When it comes to filling your days, there’s lots to see and do nearby. Visiting the New Forest offers a unique escape into nature, where you can explore ancient woodlands, roam alongside wild ponies and enjoy picturesque villages, making it the perfect destination for outdoor adventures and peaceful retreats.

The Beaulieu Motor Museum, Exbury Gardens and Lepe Beach & Country Park offer you the chance to immerse yourself in the beauty of the area. The charming village of Brockenhurst and the Georgian market town of Lymington are also just a short drive away, with plenty of great places to enjoy a hearty meal or local ale.
