Tucked away in an ancient Herefordshire wood, Oriana is a beautiful, rustic cabin for two offering couples a romantic getaway amongst the trees. With a fabulous deck where you can sit and unwind in the fresh country air and a marvellous free-standing bathtub inside for indulgent soaks, this delightful cabin is the ideal place to relax in style.
As you approach the cabin you’ll be delighted with its peaceful wooded surroundings. Climb up the front steps and enter the open plan living space, which features lovely wildflower wallpaper, exposed beams and lots of windows framing views of the surrounding scenery.
When it comes to unwinding, Oriana has two fabulous antique arm chairs sitting opposite a cosy log burner where you can sit and gaze out at the view. But when the weather’s warm you’ll want to sit out on your private deck, the ideal spot to relax with a good book in the fresh summer air. The deck also features a BBQ and a pizza oven, so you can try your hand at some alfresco meal prep!
Back inside, the living space features a super comfy king size bed in the middle of the room, which is fitted with luxury linens to guarantee you and your loved one a peaceful night’s sleep. And at the foot of the bed is the striking freestanding roll-top bath, which really is the cabin’s centrepiece. Fill the tub up with bubbles and hop in for an indulgent soak after a day out exploring the gorgeous surrounding countryside.
The cabin’s living area also features a generous dining area that’s ideal for romantic meals, and there’s a nicely equipped kitchenette with a gas stove and a fridge. Milk, coffee and tea are also provided. When it comes to eating, guests can book a number of food hampers with ingredients you can prepare using the BBQ or pizza oven.
Oriana is a part of Brook House Woods, which is a collection of treehouses and cabins that are all tucked away in their own slice of this ancient wood. The cabin sits in 67 acres of woodland on a 300-acre farm in Herefordshire. Despite this, you’re still afforded plenty of privacy, away from the guests staying at other cabins on-site.
If you're looking to explore the area, there are plenty of beautiful landscapes and activities to enjoy. Roaming the farm offers a peaceful escape, and for those who love walking, the Herefordshire Trail conveniently crosses the property. Beyond the farm, Bromyard Downs and Bringsty Common are nearby, accessible through a charming woodland path. If you're up for a short drive, the Malvern Hills are a must-visit, offering stunning panoramic views and scenic trails perfect for hiking.
For more immersive experiences, there’s a unique woodland cinema on-site where you can enjoy movies under the stars. If you're feeling active, the farm has a private tennis court, and for something more relaxing, private yoga classes can be arranged, offering a moment of mindfulness amidst nature. You can also book a soothing massage to truly unwind.
