You’ll find this charming, handmade log cabin set overlooking the countryside in rural Herefordshire. The perfect spot for a peaceful escape, enjoy the stunning views from the comfort of the wood fired hot tub, your own private terrace or snuggled up by the fire pit as the sun sets. During the day, explore the surrounding countryside on foot or even on horseback with lessons and hacks for all levels of experience provided by the Tipton Hall Riding School. Back at the cabin, fire up the hot tub to help your legs recover and get dinner sizzling away on the BBQ.
The cabin feels warm and welcoming from the moment you step inside with the open plan living space facing those fantastic views. Big windows and patio doors help you make the most of the scenery and on warmer days, you can open up the space to the terrace outside and let in plenty of fresh countryside air. On one side of the room, there’s a kitchen and dining area with everything you’ll need to whip up delicious meals or prepare food for the BBQ outside. To the other side of the room, there’s a cosy lounge area with a big sofa and an armchair to sink into.
Move through to the bedroom and you’ll find a luxurious king size bed waiting for you. There are lovely handmade details throughout the room, such as the clothes hanging space, the door handles and the bedside tables. Fluffy towels are provided and there’s a rainfall shower in the ensuite wetroom.
In the morning, step out onto the terrace and enjoy a cup of coffee as you take in the scenery. There’s a covered area to provide a bit of shelter or you can head down to the benches around the fire pit. This doubles as a BBQ so you can cook outdoors and then toast marshmallows late into the evening for dessert. There’s also the wood fired hot tub where you can relax with a glass of something and watch the stars come out.
The cabin is perfectly located for exploring Herefordshire and Worcestershire with plenty of walking trails and market towns right on the doorstep. Go for a gentle stroll across the fields or along the River Frome before heading to Bromyard for a pub lunch and to browse some independent shops. Head a little further afield to tackle some of the trails in the Malvern Hills or spend the day in Hereford or Worcester. The cabin is set within the Tipton Hall Riding School and you can book yourselves in for a lesson or a hack through the countryside.
