Brook House Woods is a boutique collection of four enchanting treehouses and cabins, each offering a unique escape amidst over 60 acres of lush Herefordshire woodland. Nestled within a sprawling 300-acre farm, this is a haven for nature lovers and adventurers alike. Wander through tranquil trails with birdsong as your soundtrack and unwind on your own private deck with breathtaking views. As the sun sets, fire up the pizza oven and enjoy a perfect evening surrounded by serene countryside. The four treehouse cabins are called Humboldt, Oriana, Venn and Walden.
Humboldt is a dreamy retreat with jaw-dropping views and a glorious outdoor roll-top bath where you can enjoy an indulgent soak in nature’s beauty. Inside, the cabin boasts a luxurious king size bed adorned with premium linens and fluffy towels. The woodburner warms the cosy seating area, which is the perfect spot to curl up with a good book and a glass of wine.
Tucked slightly away for added privacy, Oriana is a secluded haven for two. The spacious deck, furnished with comfy chairs, is ideal for soaking up the scenery. Inside, wildflower wallpaper sets a lovely tone, complemented by an opulent roll-top bath for pure relaxation. There’s also an elegant dining space whilst the two vintage armchairs by the fire provide a cosy spot to unwind. The king size bed, dressed in sumptuous linens, guarantees a restful night’s sleep.
Set against the backdrop of the stunning Frome Valley, Venn is a romantic escape with spectacular views. A large deck leads directly to the countryside, perfect for wandering or dining outdoors. Snuggle in the vintage armchairs by the woodburner before enjoying a lovely night’s sleep in the comfy king size bed, dressed in high-end linens. The cabin’s bathroom features an indoor shower and there’s another outdoor bath for starry soaks.
Nestled deep in ancient woodland, Walden is a romantic hideaway made for two. The expansive deck invites you to stargaze and as you step indoors you’ll be able to get comfy in the cosy seating area, with vintage armchairs and a woodburner. This cabin has another king size bed and yet more luxurious linens, to ensure total relaxation. There’s an indoor shower and toilet, plus another sumptuous outdoor bath for soaking in the sights and sounds of nature.
Each of the four cabins also has its own spacious and private deck, complete with a pizza oven and a BBQ. So whichever cabin you choose, you can step outside and grill some delicious local produce or create the perfect pizza to enjoy alfresco in the sunshine. And if you want to cook inside, the cabins all have nicely equipped kitchens with a gas stove and a fridge, as well as lots of essentials such as milk, coffee and tea.
Guests can also make use of the Woodland Outdoor Ciname, which is open April-October. This cinema can sit two people at a time and comes with a small selection of DVDs but guests are welcome to bring their own films with them. There are no streaming facilities and wired headphones are required. Once you have a reservation you can book a timeslot at the cinema for you and your loved one.
Guests can also book one of a number of meal kits, which provide you with hampers that are delivered to your cabin prior to arrival ready for you to prepare on your BBQ/pizza oven. These include breakfast hampers, grazing hampers, BBQ hampers and more. Be sure to enquire with the owner when booking to find out more.
For those looking to explore, the surrounding area is brimming with scenic beauty and activities. Stroll through the tranquil farm or follow the Herefordshire Trail, which conveniently winds its way through the property. For more adventures, a woodland path leads to Bromyard Downs and Bringsty Common, while a short drive brings you to the stunning Malvern Hills, famous for their sweeping views and exceptional hiking opportunities.
Back on-site, enjoy a match on the private tennis court, or embrace total relaxation with a soothing massage or a tailored yoga session, all set against the serene backdrop of nature.
