This incredible treehouse sits in the marvellous Herefordshire countryside offering couples a romantic retreat perched up in the leaves. Sitting in a tranquil setting with a spacious outdoor deck overlooking a peaceful vineyard, you can settle in with a morning coffee or evening tipple and watch the light roll across the valley. The views here really are exquisite!
Inside, The Treehouse has a stylish and calming decor. The open plan living space is the epitome of off-grid luxury featuring a giant super-king-size bed guaranteeing a peaceful night’s sleep. And, when you wake up in the morning you can enjoy the incredible valley views from the comfort of your bed, whilst enjoying your morning cuppa.
You’ll be forgiven for wanting to spend all day out on your peaceful deck. Here you can find an amazing outdoor bathtub, which is ideal for indulgent soaks with a glass of bubbly in hand. There’s also some quaint alfresco seating on the deck positioned around the outdoor firepit, offering a lovely place to enjoy a drink whilst the sun sets over the valley.
When it comes to meal prep you have a quaint kitchenette at your disposal, which has a gas hob and all the relevant utensils, pots and pans you'll need. You can also cook up a wood-fired pizza out on the deck! The living space also features a rejuvenating shower in the modern and spacious ensuite bathroom. The space is also eco-friendly, with compost toilets, solar power, and fresh spring water - no need for a hairdryer here!
The Treehouse is completely off-grid ensuring you can enjoy a truly sustainable stay. The owners place a huge amount of emphasis on having a positive impact on the surrounding environment, which means you can rest easily during your stay. Thanks to the off-grid, out-in-the-wild nature of this stay, you’re able to enjoy a slice of adventure from the moment you arrive. When the sun is shining,open up the doors letting the outside in, however, during winter you’ll want to hunker down in front of the wood-burning fireplace, which can keep you toasty and warm throughout your stay.
While away the hours meandering down through gentle streams and lush pastures, where the soft bleating of sheep and the occasional call of a woodpecker are the only sounds in earshot. If you want to venture slightly further afield, you’re just a stone’s throw from Offa’s Dyke and 25 minutes from Hay-on-Wye, you’re perfectly placed to explore. Visit the bookshops and cafés in town, or go further to Hereford for a taste of the local market scene.
