Located in the heart of the Cotswolds, next to Deer Park Hall and its beautiful vineyard, Vine Lodge offers luxury accommodation for two. This romantic wooden lodge is set on the edge of a stream with its own hot tub on the deck and some spectacular scenery. With plenty of countryside walks and pretty Cotswolds villages to explore nearby, this is a lovely rural location where guests can escape the hustle and bustle and unwind.
The lodge has a spacious bedroom with high ceilings and a luxurious king-size bed complete with crisp Egyptian cotton bed linen. A wood burner will keep you cosy on chillier evenings and there are beautiful views out to the surrounding countryside. The lodge has been furnished to a high standard with beautiful wooden walls and rafters helping it retain its rustic, countryside charm.
On the ground floor, there’s a well-equipped kitchenette with all the basics to get you started and a modern shower room. There’s a mezzanine level above where you’ll find a beautiful free-standing bath with stunning views. The perfect spot to soak after a long day walking or cycling in the Cotswolds.
Or, step outside onto the deck and take a dip in the hot tub. Sit out on clear evenings and enjoy a bit of stargazing, perhaps with a glass of wine from Deer Park Wines Vineyard. There’s also some outdoor seating, a charming bench swing and a barbecue for sunny summer afternoons enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Vine Lodge is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with access to many miles of scenic walks through the Cotswolds countryside from the front door. You can walk to several of the local pubs in under an hour and the circular River and Hill Walk takes you from the banks of the River Avon to the top of Bredon Hill for some stunning panoramic views. Opposite the lodge, there’s a vineyard that offers tours and wine tastings. You can also book yourself on an ‘English Safari’ and explore the Deer Park on a quad buggy with a guide. You’ll have the opportunity to see the red and fallow deer up close as well as a chance to spot some of the other local wildlife, such as red kites, muntjac and kestrels.

The rate is £260 per night Sunday to Thursday and £300 per night Friday & Saturday.
The minimum stay is 3 nights, however, 2 nights may be available on request.
A £50 surcharge may be added for 2 night stays.
5 day break is £1250 (or £1300 if including Friday & or Saturday)

Leave a reviewWe had an amazing 2 nights stay at Vine Lodge. Beautiful location and the lodge was perfect. Super comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, amazing views whilst soaking in the bath and the outside space with hot tub was a real delight. We’d been really lucky with the weather and even got to go on the safari round deer park. ‘Dave the deer’ was our personal fav. Caron was fantastic to deal with, sent me lots of information about the area prior to arriving and responded really quickly to any questions we had. Caron drove us round deer park on the safari and was incredible to learn all about the wildlife. Thank you for an amazing few days, we’ll be back.
