The Mill House is a large, architect-designed, detached property set over three levels. The marvellous home sits in 160-acres and is built into a rock base overlooking Loch Tay and a beautiful waterfall. With two king and two super king bedrooms it sleeps up to eight guests and is perfect for a friends holiday or a larger family gathering.
When you enter the property you'll be struck by the large open plan living area and the lovely wooden staircase leading to the first floor. The space is light and airy with plenty of room for everyone to chill with a drink on arrival and marvel at their holiday pad.
The fully equipped kitchen, with its freestanding prep bar, faces a large dining table with high-backed leather chairs and is perfect for a big feast where everyone can mingle or get involved. The patio doors next to the dining table lead out to the balcony where you can dine al fresco with fantastic views of the woodland. There are two large comfy sofas and a couple of leather recliners facing a cool modern fireplace and the flatscreen is big and just right for a movie and popcorn night.
All of the furniture and décor is modern and tasteful with plenty of reclaimed wood and black metal lending the place a clean, uncluttered and relaxing vibe. The games room is on the lower ground floor and offers more comfortable seating, bean bags and a freesat flatscreen TV with a games console, perfect for any kids joining you or any adults who enjoy gaming.
There's a double bedroom on the ground floor, with a second double on the lower ground floor, both of which can be made into twin beds on request. There are a further two doubles on the first floor. All of the bedrooms are en-suite for added privacy, are decorated and furnished beautifully with plenty of space and offer up splendid views of the surrounding area.
There's also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, perfect for storing muddy boots and swim gear.
The lower ground floor leads to the landscaped garden and has a pretty pathway to your hot tub. This is a real treat! It's large enough for eight and sits overlooking the stunning waterfall. Take advantage of the outdoor BBQ and soak away the evening with a glass of chilled champagne, with the stars twinkling above and the sound of trickling water below.
Outside of your haven there's plenty to explore in this high-end holiday camp on the shores of Loch Tay. Ramble through nature, give archery or disc golf a go, or try out some water sports. You can also hire a boat or do some loch fishing. There's something to suit everyone and you can take part in all of these activities whilst surrounded by spectacular mountains, rivers and countryside. You'll find a pub and bistro restaurant 600 yards from your house and if you need one there's a shop three miles away.
