Appletree is a beautifully converted barn on a working farm in the picturesque Vale of Evesham. Located on the border between Warwickshire and Worcestershire, it’s a great base for exploring charming Cotswold villages in one direction and Stratford-upon-Avon in the other. The barn is named after the field it overlooks and the lovely views can be enjoyed from the big open-plan living spaces. Soak up the scenery as you tuck into breakfast or relax on the sofa and you’ll soon be tempted outside to explore this beautiful part of the countryside.
The double-height living space is the social hub of the barn. Natural light streams in through large patio doors which lead out onto the garden and create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. On warmer days, open up these doors and let in a bit of that fresh countryside air. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher and a breakfast bar which leads through to the dining and lounge area. This means that no matter who is cooking dinner, laying the table or preparing the cocktails, you can all be together. You could also cook outside in the private garden which has a grill over a firepit. This also allows you to stay out late into the evening, toasting marshmallows and watching the stars come out.
The barn becomes cosy in the evenings with underfloor heating throughout, keeping you toasty whatever the weather outside. There are two bedrooms to choose from, both large rooms which can be set up with super-king size beds or two full size singles in each. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite shower room and the other is next to the main bathroom with a luxurious freestanding bath.
There’s plenty to do in the area with towns and villages such as Stratford-upon-Avon, Chipping Campden and Stow-on-the-Wold all within easy reach. Spend slow afternoons exploring the winding streets of Cotswold villages like Broadway and Burford, stopping off at a cafe or two along the way. See what’s on at the theatre in Stratford where the Royal Shakespeare Company put on a range of productions to suit all tastes. Make sure you pack your walking boots as there are lots of walks straight from the front door and you can also stride out along the Cotswolds Way.

Full payment will be collected at the time of booking.
If you do need to cancel your booking:
a full refund will be provided within 48 hours of the booking being made.
a 50% refund will be issued if your booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to your start date
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of your start date.
