These two wonderful yurts offer you an enchanting and peaceful holiday in the gorgeous Perthshire countryside. Escape the trappings of day-to-day living, and relax in the tranquillity of nature with a loved one in one of these cosy accommodation options. Guests can opt for one of two yurts, called Heather or Bramble, all of which offer a fabulous romantic glamping experience for two.
Enjoy the view with a glass of fizz from your wood-fired hot tub (each property has its own hot tub) that sits on your own private deck. And dine outside beneath the stars enjoying a romantic meal for two cooked on your cute stove-top wood burner or outside on the BBQ.
Guests can enjoy a great nights’ sleep inside the yurts, which come with lovely king sized beds complete with sprung mattresses, luxury feather duvets and big comfy pillows. The yurts also have their own en suite 12 foot bathroom yurt attached, all of which have luxurious roll top baths with showers and running hot and cold water. They come with proper flushing loos, and heated towel rails, going above and beyond your normal glamping experience.
They also have plenty of cooking facilities on offer including an induction two ring cooker with kettle (complimentary tea and coffee provided) and an array of cooking utensils, as well as knives, forks, plates (sanitised boxes provided specifically for your stay). You also have a fridge with a freezer compartment and a gas BBQ for some al fresco cooking in summer.
The yurts are situated in their own peaceful corner of the grounds at Alexander House, meaning you can rest and recuperate in privacy, whilst taking in the stunning views of Gleneagles and across to Ben Vorlich in the West.
Guests will be forgiven for not wanting to leave their private slice of Perthshire countryside, however, those who do venture out will be rewarded. This is an area filled with amazing walking routes that take you past some spectacular scenery. Lovers of the great outdoors will be spoiled for choice! Guests can also book a number of additional services from pamper and beauty treatments, to bespoke dance and cocktail-making classes that can be enjoyed on-site.
