Tucked away in the peaceful West Sussex hamlet of Madehurst, Vicarage Barn offers a charming countryside escape with the stunning South Downs National Park right on your doorstep. This beautifully rustic yet spacious barn provides the perfect blend of comfort and style, creating a cosy atmosphere for a relaxing retreat.
Step inside Vicarage Barn, and you’re welcomed by a grand entrance hall which features a ping pong table for a bit of fun. The heart of the barn is the expansive open-plan living and dining area, perfect for gathering together for social afternoons and big feasts that stretch long into the night.
The kitchen, located at the far end of the house, is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a feast, including an oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and more. Pantry basics and cleaning products are provided. The adjoining TV snug offers a cosy spot for movie nights or simply a place to snuggle up with a good book away from the rest of the group.
The main lounge in Vicarage Barn is a grand, beautiful room with three giant comfy sofas all positioned around a stunning, ornate fireplace. This is the perfect spot to settle in for an evening tipple or enjoy a morning coffee as you plan the day ahead.
Upstairs, there are four generously sized bedrooms - two king size and two doubles - that all offer supremely comfortable beds and wonderful, relaxing decor. Wake from your slumber and take a lazy lie in with your morning cuppa, whilst looking out the window over the gardens. One of the king size bedrooms even has its own ensuite for added privacy.
The home also has a main bathroom with a beautiful grand bathtub overlooking the garden. This is the perfect place to unwind after a day out exploring, whilst taking in the view.
The barn is packed with thoughtful amenities to make your stay comfortable. With private parking for up to four cars and a Zappi Electric Car Charging Point, your travel needs are covered. Entertainment options abound with a 32-inch smart TV, DVD player, Sonos sound system, and a selection of board games.
