If you’re looking for a unique stay as a solo traveller or a couple, this bubble tent in the Kent Downs is just the ticket. Installed between two trees, you’ll fall asleep under a blanket of stars and wake up to the sound of birdsong. And if that wasn’t relaxing enough, there is a wood-fired hot tub on the premises for unwinding with a glass of fizz.
Outside, in the seating area, you’ll find armchairs for putting your feet up with a beverage, a firepit to keep you cosy on cooler days and a rug, adding a touch of homeliness. There is also a BBQ for grilling up a storm on a balmy afternoon and a dining table for tucking into your meals. A kettle is provided for those all-important morning cups of coffee. When night falls, enjoy a lengthy soak in the hot tub before heading to the pod to hunker down. And if you're feeling competitive, you can also challenge your partner to a game of table tennis!
The tent has a special design, which means you can leave the door open even if it’s raining, and the interior curtains allow for well-deserved lie-ins. Ready to freshen up? There is a power shower and a dry toilet in the grounds.
Thanks to their being no WiFi here and no phone signal, the Tiny Bubble Tree Tent offers you and a loved one the chance to relax and unwind in peace away from the trappings of daily life. Switch off and unwind amidst nature, with a good book and your partner for company. This accommodation also comes with a golf buggy to travel to your accommodation across a 12-acre field, which can be a pretty fun way to arrive!
Location-wise, the bolthole is a 10-minute walk from The Ringlestone, a Grade II listed pub dating back to 1533. A seasonal menu and real ales are available. If you are keen to venture further afield, it's a 10-minute drive to Leeds Castle and Lenham, home to a medieval village square, a tea room and a farmer’s market held on the second Sunday of every month. The rolling Kent Downs is on your doorstep for those who'd like to stretch their legs.
