Nestled at the foot of the Cheviot Hills, on the edge of Northumberland National Park but still within easy reach of Northumberland's Heritage Coast, the Roundhouses are surrounded by stunning rugged beauty, perfect tranquillity and breathtaking views. You'll find some of the best walking country in England literally on your doorstep.
Each Roundhouse is individually designed and named after a Northumberland hill fort, dating back to the Bronze and Iron Ages. Enjoy a stay in Brough Law, Middle Dean or Wether Hill, connect with the great outdoors and escape the stresses of modern, everyday life. Whichever you choose, you'll leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated with memories to cherish forever.
Brough Law is situated on a hillside and has incredible views of the Cheviot Hills. Inside, you'll find beautiful, calm interiors, which will leave you feeling instantly relaxed and full of joy. Middle Dean is furnished with lots of warm cosy wood, sheepskin rugs and a cool Scandi design which provides the ultimate place to chill out and escape the stresses of everyday life. It also boasts incredible views of the Northumberland hills. The views from the big windows of Wether Hill are also out of this world. Luxurious, yet cosy, Wether Hill offers you the perfect place to unwind, relax and spend time with someone you love.
Each of the roundhouses sleeps two people in comfortable tranquility and offers a fantastic opportunity to connect with nature. The rustic charm of these homes is in sympathy with the surrounding landscape without scrimping on the comforts of home. Kitchenettes contain a fridge, cooker and coffee machine so you’ll be able to set yourselves up with a hearty breakfast before venturing out to explore. Modern shower rooms mean no late night trips to a chilly shower block!
Enjoy a long soak in the outdoor tub, pour yourself a glass of wine, watch the sunset behind the hills and toast marshmallows around the fire pit. Finish the evening snuggled under a blanket and be amazed by Northumberland's Dark Skies. This is a truly spectacular place to stay, which promises to delight and surprise you every single moment.
Northumberland is England’s most northerly county, with an abundance of ancient castles, golden sandy beaches, rolling hills, rugged moorland and gorgeous little towns and villages. Whether you’re into hiking, cycling, sightseeing or just appreciating being in nature, it is truly a holiday destination for everyone.
