These wonderful yurts are all nestled in four acres of grounds that comprise The Grove, a Georgian Country house, home to the Graveling family since 1936. They have poured a great deal of love and care into their delightful glamping site, and a number of luxurious additions that make The Grove a perfect choice for families, friends and couples seeking a joyful and relaxing escape in beautiful Cromer.
There are five Mongolian yurts to choose from; three of the yurts sleep four people, one six people and an impressive six-metre yurt sleeps up to eight. All of the yurts have their own decking with a covered area for alfresco dining with a gas burner, charcoal BBQ and a fridge to keep the drinks nice and cold. These charming homes are very welcoming with oak doors and are surrounded by a pretty wooden lattice with a window to let you gaze at the stars.
Binham Blue, for four people, is perfect for catching the afternoon sun, Norfolk Mardler, also for four, is right next to an impressive vegetable garden and Wensum White, the final four person yurt is next to the indoor pool! Copy's Cloud, which sleeps six, is closest to the woods and the beach and Gurney's Cloud, the largest yurt sleeping eight, is the first yurt you see when entering the pretty site.
All of the yurts are wonderfully cosy with comfortable double beds and bunk beds all decked out in high quality linens with excellent mattresses promising a blissful night's sleep. They all have electricity to keep the phones or laptops charged and each has a toasty wood burner for you to snuggle up by in the evening if it gets chilly.
Start you day with a few laps in the heated pool before enjoying breakfast on your covered deck. There's a play area for kids to explore and you might like to take a walk around the grounds and visit the fantastic vegetable garden.
You'll be a short walk through Warren Woods from the cliff top and its glorious views before you head down to the award-winning Cromer beach. Spend a day swimming and soaking up the sun before heading back to indulge yourself with a treatment at the Massage Hut! Afterwards you can dine in one of their two restaurants. You have the choice between Sundown, a Tipi restaurant serving a relaxed menu of pizza and tapas and The Garden Rooms, a Two Rosette restaurant ideal for fine dining and special occasions. Afterwards you can enjoy a last drink at the fire pit around which all of the yurts are gathered. It's a lovely way to meet people and enjoy the ambience of this lovely place.
