You’ll find The Granary nestled at the foot of the iconic Eildon Hills in the rolling Borders countryside. This stylishly converted mill offers first-floor accommodation via a private staircase and above a Victorian waterwheel for four guests so is a perfect location for a family holiday or a romantic and tranquil getaway. The Scandi vibe and luxurious touches will ensure an unforgettable and magical stay.
The stylish open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is an airy and inviting space where you can snuggle on the sumptuous sofas with a good book or watch a film on the TV with Freeview and a DVD player. Lovely views over the garden give you the opportunity to watch the wildlife and spot many species of birds at the feeders. A cosy snug with a comfy armchair provides a quiet little nook for some extra peace.
The smart, well-equipped kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, torch, dustpan and brush, toaster, kettle, knife block, microwave, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner and everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. A shared laundry with a washing machine, tumble dryer and extra freezer space is a handy addition for extra convenience.
The modern shared bathroom features a large bathtub and over-bath shower with extra-large fluffy bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.
The luxurious master bedroom features a huge super-king size Simba bed, ample storage and sumptuous top-quality bedding. The warm colours and fabrics create a welcoming ambience which you’ll look forward to returning to at the end of the day. An equally stylish second bedroom has twin beds and a cosy neutral ambience with black-out blinds for a sound sleep. The whole cottage is kept cosy all year round by an eco-friendly biomass heating system.
