Beautiful conversion of an old farm building offering a modern and cosy holiday retreat in the Kent countryside.
The Bull Pen is a remarkable conversion of an old farm building, steeped in a rich history of three generations who have worked the land for over 70 years. As its name suggests, this property once served as the shelter for the farm's bull, a reminder of its agricultural heritage. Today, it offers the comforts of modern living in the scenic Kent countryside, nestled just below the renowned Pilgrims Way within an area of exceptional natural beauty.
The open-plan living area seamlessly extends onto a terrace and garden, thanks to its expansive bi-folding doors, blurring the boundaries between the indoors and the outdoors. After a day filled with sightseeing, the gardens provide a peaceful space to unwind and relax while children play. Alternatively, you can snuggle up on the cosy sofas and savour a cup of hot chocolate on a wintry evening.
The ground floor of the Bull Pen is designed with convenience in mind, offering an open-plan living space complete with comfortable seating and dining for four, along with a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric microwave oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The accommodation features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, bedside tables and drawers, as well as a second bedroom with twin beds (a king size bed is available upon request), accompanied by bedside tables and drawers. The bathroom includes a bath and a separate walk-in shower, along with a WC and a washbasin.
The outdoor area consists of enclosed gardens with lush lawns and seating arrangements for dining and relaxation.
