And thanks to its uniquely constructed hot outdoor bath tub and the log-burner inside, you can get as cosy and comfortable as you like both inside and out. Thanks to its unique position, you can explore the wonders of the 100-acre Jupiter Artland park, allowing you to breathe in fresh air, marvel at the panoramic views, and take in some modern art as you go.
The Artist's House is not your typical country cottage. Bedecked with rustic wooden panelling throughout, bold prints and opulent furnishings, this house will leave a lasting memory on all who stay here. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom complete with walk-in waterfall shower, while the master bedroom benefits from an addition free-standing bathtub and 'his-and-hers' sinks. It features a well-equipped kitchen and open plan living area, meaning you can make yourself right at home, and there are French windows which open out onto a terrace, the ideal spot for watching the sunrise in the morning. Outside, there is access to a Big Green Egg barbecue, making evening meals while taking in the epic views an absolute must.
Based on the world-famous sculpture park, Jupiter Artland, The Artist's House is less than half-an-hour away from Edinburgh's city centre. The park is open to guests to explore and there are always new exhibitions to discover. The land itself historically was used for hunting when it was home to a Jacobean manor house. Today, the same landscape is home to artwork, but also some of Scotland's most prized views. Notable scenes to witness include Greendyke Shale Bing and the Three Bridges over the Firth of Fourth and Ochil Hills.
