This Grade A listed home, originally built in 1873 for the Estate’s Head Gardener, has been lovingly restored and completely remodelled to provide exceptional comfort and luxury for you and your loved ones. Stable Park also beautifully captures the estate’s rich history, with interiors adorned with original furniture and artwork from Old Penicuik House.

Step inside to a ground floor featuring underfloor heating throughout. You'll find a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining room perfect for entertaining, a cosy drawing room complete with a wood burner, a convenient boot room and a stylish cloakroom.

Prepare delicious feasts in the nicely-equipped kitchen, before dining together in the bright and spacious dining room. The kitchen also features a grand kitchen island, so you can perch there with a glass of wine in hand and keep your designated chef company as they chop and sizzle away. This is also a lovely spot to sit with a morning coffee as you plot the day’s adventures.

The comfy, cosy living room is also a wonderful place to socialise, with big comfy sofas sitting around a wood-burning fireplace.
