The cottage is located at the end of the steading, providing uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape. Inside, the floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to flood the open-plan living space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Step directly from the living area to the patio and garden, where you can enjoy the serene surroundings in total peace, offering an ideal place to sit with a morning coffee or evening tipple as you chat away with your loved ones.
On the ground floor, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious feast and there's also a dining table for four where you can enjoy hearty meals that stretch long into the night. The living area features a large sofa and armchairs positioned to take in the spectacular countryside views, however, this is also a great place to relax with a film after a day of exploring. There’s also a convenient boot room for your outdoor gear.
Upstairs, you’ll find two elegant double bedrooms, each with a luxurious super-king bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. The master bedroom also features a free-standing slipper bath with its own scenic Highland views. One of the bedrooms can be configured as a twin if preferred, making it perfect for families or friends. Throughout the cottage, quirky mirrors, bright artwork and a tartan stair runner bring personality and warmth to this stylish home.
Kipney Farmhouse is located on the Logiealmond Estate, a private working farm in Perthshire, Scotland. The estate offers a range of activities, including driven and walked-up grouse shooting, pheasant and partridge shooting and deer stalking. Enjoy fishing for salmon and sea trout on the River Tay and River Almond. Clay pigeon and rough shooting can also be arranged upon request, making it an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts year-round.
