This unique and luxurious holiday home comfortably sleeps up to six guests in two double rooms, and one bunk bed. The first and only floating boatel in the city, this is a fantastic spot for families or groups of friends who are looking for a comfy, quirky base from which to explore this marvellous city.
Inside, the boatel has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, from luxurious, fluffy bathrobes, to fishing rods and nets! When it comes to entertaining yourselves, guests are spoiled for choice. You can sit out on the deck in the sunshine with a glass of wine, or spend time in the living room watching movies on the plasma TV. There are also a selection of DVDs on offer for you to choose from, and a CD player with over 300 CDs, so evenings in are a joy. You can even make use of the electric massage chair or foot spa to relax and unwind after a day out exploring the city. The boat also has complimentary WiFi throughout. When it comes to dinner times, there’s a fully functional kitchen onboard, as well as a BBQ for use on the outside deck.
There are two comfy double beds on offer, as well as one bunk bed which is ideal for kids. And there are electric under blankets available to keep you cosy all-year-round. The bathroom has a WC, basin, and shower, and towels are also provided.
This marvellous holiday home on the water is also pet-friendly, so bring your furry family member with you to explore Edinburgh at no extra cost. This versatile space can also be set up and used in a variety of ways and is ideal for dinner parties, drinks receptions, meetings and more. The owners are also able to arrange sailing trips along the canal for small groups.

This thriving city has a wide variety of amazing eateries, cafes, pubs and bars, as well as a number of historic sites. Visit Edinburgh Castle or Arthur’s Seat, or Edinburgh Old Town or a number of other amazing old spots.
