This delightful cabin is perfect for a couple seeking a base from which to explore the surrounding towns and villages with a cosy little bolthole to return to in the evenings.
The cabin itself is beautifully decorated in pale neutral tones with an emphasis on wood. As you enter you'll find a bijou but high-end kitchen area on the left with everything you could need to whip up a romantic meal. There's a pretty square wooden table with big comfy wicker chairs where you can sit to eat and get your toes toasty by the wood burner. This place is cute and has an old world charm in the décor.
The sleeping area is separate at the rear of the cabin with a big bed tucked under its own eave with a toilet and shower room at the very end. Everything is clean and bright with nice little touches throughout from the on stove kettle to the old fashioned tap fittings. There's a lovely deck outside that runs the length of the cabin, facing green fields and big skies, a perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee.
If you fancy dining al fresco you have two choices, a lovely little wooden bench table or, if you're feeling super romantic, there's an old jeep converted into a dining room with bench seats and a table. A lovely touch and a great way to enjoy a BBQ and a chilled glass of wine with the fire pit crackling away as the sun goes down. At night you can snuggle up by the wood burner with a good book before tripping into bed and sleeping the sleep of the deeply relaxed.
Nestled between the Cotswolds and the Chilterns, Little Time is an ideal location for those wanting to explore the wonderful countryside so be sure to bring your walking boots. The Cotswolds are a beguiling part of the country where you'll feel like you've stepped into a sleepier more charming era. You'll be less than an hour's drive from historic Oxford and the charming village of Burford as well. Take a cobweb blasting walk up to the Farringdon Folly Tower then reward yourself with a champagne afternoon tea at Sudbury House. If you want to enjoy some local artisanal fare tucked away in your cabin then you might like to visit Stay Grounded and do a little hamper shopping, and whilst you're there, do try the bread and butter pudding!
