You should know

There are loads of games and sports equipment to choose from, but this home is BYOB (bring your own ball).
The lead guest must be over 30 years old.
Additional guests can be accommodated on a queen sofa-bed in bedroom six, and a pull-down wall bed in the living room area.
A mid-week or mid-stay cleaning session can be arranged for an additional fee.
Pets are permitted with advance approval and an additional fee.
There is an outdoor music system but the volume is limited due to noise restrictions in the neighbourhood.

This Phoenix home has some serious swimming pool game. The pool is fed by seven waterfalls and has won awards for its design.

Taking a dip or soaking in the integrated hot tub is like sliding into a pool in a magical grotto, uplit at night. The yard is set up for all kinds of fun and games, with beach volleyball (bring your own ball), a basketball court, cornhole and a ping pong table by the pergola-covered bar.

A gas grill can fuel sports tournaments long into the evening and a fire pit and chiminea provide a little warmth on cool desert nights. Practice on the putting green before hitting the real thing – there are world-class golf courses within an easy drive this home (like Stone Creek and Paradise Valley).

The games continue inside, where a pool table awaits in the huge open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. After the excitement of gameplay all day, the bedrooms are a soothing medley of grey and white with big, comfy beds.

Paradise Valley is the wealthiest suburb of Phoenix, home to famous politicians, celebrities, and professional athletes. The town motto here is "there is a reason we call this valley 'paradise.’” First established by settlers as an agricultural community in the 1800s, it is now covered with a variety of architectural masterpieces spread throughout the spectacular Mummy and Camelback Mountains.
