- During certain times of lambing and the shoot season certain areas on the estate will be restricted and dog controls in place.

Up first is Robin Cottage, a two-bedroom retreat, sleeping four, with stunning views of the Perthshire countryside. Its open-plan living space is bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, leading to a patio and garden. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining for four and a cosy living area. Upstairs, two ensuite bedrooms, one with a slipper bath, offer a luxurious stay.
Pigeon Cottage is a romantic one-bedroom getaway for couples, offering rustic charm combined with modern luxury. The open-plan space includes a sleek kitchen, a lovely living area, and a private terrace with beautiful countryside views. Upstairs, the mezzanine bedroom boasts a super-king bed and elegant ensuite bathroom.
Oystercatcher Cottage sleeps two and features a double-height, open-plan living area with large windows and skylights that fill the space with light.
