The apple Treehouse is a striking, rural cabin, elevated off the farmland floor amongst beautiful lime tree branches. Its tranquil position is both private and peaceful, with uninterrupted views across the rolling countryside and grazing cattle. Its impressive wraparound deck makes the most of the setting, and is home to the deluxe hot tub and al fresco seating.
Its calming interiors have been finished with a modern, country style and bring together sumptuous home comforts and classic designs. The open-plan living area is cosy and warm and has a comfy lounge, a Shaker kitchen and a family dining area. Jugs of fresh flowers adorn the quality oak dressers, while a plasma TV is complete with free Sky channels. Thick floorboards and fluffy rugs add to its snug, homely vibe and are joined by underfloor heating and a roaring log fire.
Two luxurious bedrooms can be found across the cabin and include a master en-suite and a gorgeous double bedroom. If you want to don your walking boots and explore the local area, there is plenty to discover in the West Country farmland. Roam the lush Quantock Hills and through the flourishing, Somerset valleys, stopping off for picnics in the fresh, wildflower meadows. Uncover sleepy, little villages or charming market towns, or the golden beaches of the bustling, seaside towns. Visit Taunton or Watchet or pretty Burnham-on-Sea, before retreating to your cosy cabin on the verdant, farmhouse fields.
If you don’t want to venture far then there really is no need as you can indulge in the treehouse’s additional, little treats. Order delicious farmhouse hampers or hire your own private chef, taking a dip in the indoor pool and heading out to local restaurants. The historic village of Halse is also just a short walk away and has its own traditional pub for whiling away rainy days.
