Explore the historic market town of Faversham, the UNESCO World Heritage site of Canterbury and the renowned oyster fishing town of Whitstable. Nature enthusiasts, including walkers and cyclists, will relish the abundance of rolling countryside and orchards that grace this enchanting corner of the Garden of England.
Inside, traditional wooden floorboards, exposed beams and a wood-burning stove adorn the snug sitting room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Here you'll find comfortable seating for up to three people as well as a smart TV with a DVD player and a library of DVDs for your entertainment. A selection of board games is also on hand for leisurely enjoyment.
The kitchen features handcrafted cupboards and an original brick floor, exuding further character. It is stocked with essential appliances, including an electric hob and oven, a fridge with a freezer box, a washing machine with a dryer function, a kettle, toaster and a microwave. Additionally, a dining table with two chairs is provided, and two more can be made available upon request for occasional visitors.
Upstairs is a fabulous master bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom that is lavishly spacious, featuring a grand freestanding bathtub at its centre, a sink designed in a dresser style and a separate shower area for added convenience.
Outside, the property boasts a well-maintained garden area with a bistro table and chair set, perfect for outdoor relaxation. The driveway can be secured with a gate, accommodating up to two cars. During the summer, a charcoal BBQ is also at your disposal for outdoor grilling.
