The 700-acre estate is a lovingly tended ecosystem, where the owners use regenerative methods to find harmony between humans, livestock, land and wildlife. Explore the stunning permaculture walled garden, historic rock gardens, meadows, woodland, ponds and arboretums. With the river running through the heart of the estate, you’ll be delighted with the range of activities on offer from salmon fishing to paddle boarding and wild swimming.
After a day of exploring, you’ll be ready to sit down on the sofa for a glass of single malt in front of the fire and a long read of one of the carefully curated books.
Beyond the estate, the Banffshire coast is a short drive away. Known as “Cornwall without the crowds”, find quaint historic fishing villages and stunning sandy beaches.
