These two beautiful barns sit amidst the magical and ancient landscape of Avebury in rural Wiltshire. Both barns - Rideway and Kennet - are delightful homestays that sleep four and two guests respectively. Book each barn separately or book them together to sleep a total of six in comfort and peace.

Ridgeway is inspired by the historic Ridgeway walk which starts in Avebury and has a cool and calming interior that is full of character. High ceilings and exposed beams combine with cosy corners to create a warm and homely atmosphere in which to unwind with loved ones.

Get comfy on the leather sofa in the open plan living space that sits opposite a modern wood-burning fireplace. The contemporary kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, which you can enjoy at the quaint dining table situated in the living space or alfresco in the tranquil garden when the sun is shining.

When night falls, Ridgeway has two cosy bedrooms on offer, which share a large wet-room style bathroom. Both bedrooms have been designed to provide guests with a cosy and peaceful night’s sleep, so you can wake up feeling refreshed and ready to seize the day.

Up next is Kennet, which is a romantic barn that sleeps two guests. Kennet is one of the original barn buildings and it has been thoughtfully modernised to offer an abundance of rustic charm with high ceilings and exposed beams. The barn has an interesting and eye-catching array of reclaimed and reinvented furniture that adds more to the character of the place.

Similar to Ridgeway, Kennet has a quaint living area that’s open plan with a modern kitchen and cosy seating around a wood-burning fireplace. Relax in front of the fire, before heading to the beautiful bedroom where there’s a free-standing bathtub that offers you the perfect place to enjoy an indulgent soak after a day out exploring the local area. The king size bedroom also offers super-comfy bedding that combines with the tranquil location to all but guarantee you a great night’s sleep. The ensuite bathroom has his and hers sinks and a luxury walk-in shower.

This barn shares the garden space with Ridgeway, offering you the chance to step outside and relax in the sunshine or enjoy an evening tipple as the stars come out above.

Ridgeway is wheelchair accessible, and both barns can be booked separately or together. When booking them together, the barns are linked by a doorway, ensuring your whole group can stay connected for the duration of your stay.

Tucked away in the heart of mystical Avebury, these barns offer a dreamy retreat in one of the world’s most fascinating heritage sites. Step straight into history as you wander the ancient Stone Circle, uncover secrets at the local museum or settle in for a pint at a cosy village pub. Feeling adventurous? Iconic Stonehenge is just a short drive away, while the elegant city of Bath - with its stunning Georgian architecture and famous thermal spas - is only 40 minutes from your doorstep.

Beyond the stones, Avebury’s timeless landscape is yours to explore. Stroll past the enigmatic Silbury Hill, follow the gentle curves of the River Kenne or venture into the charming market town of Marlborough for a spot of boutique shopping and afternoon tea.
