These three beautiful barn conversions in the Norfolk countryside can be booked separately for couples or small group escapes, or together for a larger retreat for groups of up to 10. The Stables, The Tack Room and The Piggery are all located on a farm near the North Norfolk coast. Guests staying in all three are provided access to some amazing shared on-site facilities, including the indoor pool, sauna and steam room at 'The Sheep Dip'.
Up first is The Stables. This marvellous barn has two bedrooms and sleeps up to four people. It is a professionally transformed barn that underwent an interior redesign in 2020. Boasting two lovely ensuite bedrooms, one of which can be arranged as either a twin or double room, The Stables radiates opulence with its wooden flooring, original brick walls, wood burner and underfloor heating.
The Stables features a well-equipped kitchen made with reclaimed materials. The barn includes complimentary WiFi, a smart TV in the living room and Freeview TVs in both bedrooms. During your stay you can enjoy captivating views of the farm and countryside, catching glimpses of wildlife through its expansive windows. You can also make the most of your private outdoor space for summer sun and warm evenings, complete with a BBQ.
Up next is The Tack Room. Tailored for a romantic escape in Norfolk, The Tack Room is a beautifully converted one-bedroom barn, ideal for a couple with space for a young child. Blending rustic charm with modern comfort, this retreat features stripped timber flooring, exposed brick walls, underfloor heating and a living room wood burner. The kitchen boasts reclaimed wood from restored furniture, ensuring a luxury self-catering experience. Enjoy a king size bed and a double shower in the spacious ensuite bathroom.
With private outdoor space and a provided BBQ, savour summer days and warm evenings. Indoors, stay entertained with free WiFi, a smart TV and Freeview TV.
Finally, The Piggery is another two bedroom barn that sleeps up to four guests. Formerly a piggery barn, The Piggery now features a spacious, sunlit interior with original wooden flooring, a wood-burning fireplace, underfloor heating and a lovely purpose-built kitchen.
Each meticulously crafted bedroom ensures maximum comfort, equipped with modern amenities like Freeview and WiFi. Bedroom one boasts a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while bedroom two offers flexibility with twin beds or a super-king configuration and a bathroom featuring a spacious bath for indulgent soaks. The barn includes a BBQ for sunny summer days and a garden adorned with vibrant wildflowers, providing a serene retreat.
Whether you're exploring Norfolk or seeking a serene retreat, all three of these marvellous barns offer an ideal self-catering countryside getaway for small groups and families.
As previously mentioned, guests staying in any of the barns are allowed full access to an indoor pool, sauna and steam room at 'The Sheep Dip'. Children must always be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. If you plan to use the pool, please bring your swimming or beach towels, as the ones provided in your room are not meant for pool use.
Explore beyond the barns to discover Norfolk's stunning coastline, sail the renowned Broads and visit historic market towns and villages. Just a mile away, The Crown Inn at Gayton offers cosy pub dinners in winter and refreshing drinks in the beer garden during the summer months.
Please note: minimum stay for this property is: 3 nights low season & 7 nights high season
