This charming holiday home sits on the edge of the Bosham Channel and offers groups of up to eight guests a comfy retreat near Chichester. With its subtle coastal theme inside, and the fantastic back garden that leads to the water's edge, this is an idyllic spot where you can rest and unwind in style.
This home is also grand and spacious, with three social sitting areas. Guests will love the first-floor living room which offers up stunning views which can be enjoyed whilst staying cosy next to the log burner. Meal prep is a breeze in the modern kitchen, which has a kitchen island so you can keep the designated chef company whilst enjoying a drink. This space also features a dining table for up to eight guests and a huge bi-fold door that opens up letting the outside in.
In the warmer months, open up the bi-folds and venture out into the lovely garden. Here you'll find a dining terrace, meaning you can enjoy meals al fresco whilst taking in the view. At the bottom of the garden is a quaint picnic table, offering a lovely spot for a drink by the water in the late evening.
Each bedroom is bright and airy and makes use of calming tones and comfy furnishings. The master bedroom features a super-comfy queen sized bed, then there are two doubles and one bunk room that's perfect for kids. There are also three bathrooms for added convenience, one with a shower over the bath and two with walk-in showers.
The shed outside has some table tennis equipment, just in case you fancied a game, and there are also a number of bikes allowing you and your loved ones to explore the area on two wheels.
When it comes to things to do, you're located on the edge of the Chichester Harbour Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, so be sure to venture out and see what the local area has to offer. You're also nicely positioned to explore the South Downs, with its winding paths, romantic market towns, and world-famous castles.
