Situated directly on the beach, this marvellous, modern home in West Sussex offers big groups a perfect seaside getaway. The spacious home overlooks the beach in Bracklesham Bay, offering breathtaking views of the Solent and Isle of Wight.
As you enter, you’ll notice the home has a quirky ‘upside-down’ layout, which allows you to make the most of the incredible views. The grand open-plan living area is situated on the top floor and features super high ceilings, giant windows and sliding glass doors that make it feel gigantic. The windows frame the amazing sea view and the sliding glass doors open up onto the wooden balcony, which offers the perfect place to sit with a drink in hand as you gaze out at the sea.
Back inside, the open-plan living space has a cosy lounge area at one end, where a giant L-shaped sofa and a huge bean bag sit around a wood-burning fireplace. Light the fire and settle in for a cosy evening catching up with loved ones.
Just off the lounge is the superb, modern kitchen. Here you’ll find all the appliances and amenities you need, alongside a large kitchen island where you can perch with a drink in hand. Sit here and chat to your loved one as they prepare a delicious feast to be enjoyed at the grand dining table that offers yet another spot from which to enjoy the view. The living space is perfect for big social gatherings, however, if you fancy some peace, there’s a cosy TV room you can retire to with a large sofa and Smart TV for entertainment.
