The 16th century farmhouse combines historic charm with modern luxury. Sink into your private hot tub or cool off in the outdoor pool as the kids (or dogs!) explore the large secure garden and the adults sit back with a glass of something cold.
Approaching Marble Bridge Farm, you’re greeted by the large, historic farmhouse that invites you into its cosy embrace. Inside, the exposed wooden beams, calming white decor and modern fittings make it your home from home.
In the winter months, the huge fireplaces, thick sofas and luxury soft furnishings make it the perfect place to spend a cosy evening playing board games or watching films with the ones you love.
When the sun shines, the mature garden and large sunroom are the perfect backdrop for making memories. There’s plenty of space for kids to run around, scramble on the climbing frame or play hide and seek while the parents relax on the outdoor furniture, cool off in the pool or sink into the hot tub.
Combining traditional style with modern convenience, the vast kitchen is truly the heart of the home. Plenty of worktop space, a huge range cooker and a spacious fridge freezer make feeding hungry bellies with hearty breakfasts or warming evening meals a breeze. When it’s time for bed there are five doubles and a twin bedroom for the whole family. The master bedroom features an ensuite, while the family bathroom has a deep bath and shower. Luxury bedding and thick mattresses make it easy to drift off into a peaceful slumber, ready for the day ahead.

The charming towns of Bognor Regis and Selsey are easily accessible by car, while Portsmouth’s Historic Dockyard and Southampton’s vast shopping facilities are just along the M27.
