Tucked away in the vibrant heart of Kemptown, a quirky neighbourhood in Brighton, Bristol Gardens is a fantastic four-bedroom home that seamlessly combines modern style with practical living. This beautiful and stylish property has been recently renovated and sits just a five-minute stroll from Brighton’s iconic beach.

The main social hub of this charming home is the bright and modern kitchen that features a large central island where you can perch with a drink and keep your loved one company as they whip up a feast using the modern appliances. Sliding glass doors then open up into an expansive dining area that easily accommodates large gatherings, making big social dinners a joy. This dining area also shares space with a cosy lounge where you can get toasty in front of the wood-burning fireplace as you settle in on the comfy corner sofa.

There’s also a desk area tucked away behind sliding doors, so you can catch up on some emails during your stay, and this space also houses a sofa bed providing you with a flexible sleeping area.

On the first floor, two double bedrooms await - one overlooking the south-facing front of the home and the other with a garden view. A charming twin room with three single beds is perfect for children, setting the scene for playful sleepovers. A stylish bathroom with bold yellow accents and a walk-in shower completes this level. There’s also a family bathroom on the ground floor.

The top floor is home to the incredible private master suite, bathed in light from Velux windows. This loft retreat comes with its own luxurious ensuite, featuring a roll-top bath for indulgent evening soaks and a spacious walk-in shower.

When it comes to filling your days you are spoiled for choice. There is so much to see and do in Brighton, which is a melting pot of creativity and seaside charm. Spend days wandering the wonderful pebble beach enjoying an ice cream and a paddle when the weather’s warm.

Make sure you take time to explore the North and South Laines, which reveal a treasure trove of quirky cafés, vegan eateries, independent boutiques and vintage stores. If you fancy stopping off for a tipple, then there are hundreds of incredible pubs and bars for you to visit, as well as some outstanding restaurants for delicious lunches and evening meals.
