The Stratford Hotel opened in 2019 and prides itself on doing things differently. A 42 storey building with 145 rooms, this newly built wonder is inspired by the timeless glamour of the legendary long-stay hotels of New York, offering everything from standard elegant rooms to sprawling Manhattan style loft apartments, all with cutting edge 21st century amenities.

The maverick spirit of this hotel is a perfect blend of luxury and sustainability and the attention to detail is phenomenal. Every room comes with in-room spa treatments, high-speed complimentary WiFi, a mini bar, 100% recyclable packaging, toxins free REN toiletries, Apple TV and Chromecast and HDMI for an xBox or Playstation should you fancy making your visit a long-stay.

The interiors, designed by Space Copenhagen, fuse Scandinavian style with old-world opulence and you'll be delighted by the serene tones, natural timbers and elegant stone bathrooms.

The main areas of the hotel are magnificent with a triple height lobby and Highline sky terrace. They boast a destination restaurant, Allegra, on the seventh floor, where you can enjoy a long lazy lunch or late night dinner, an open kitchen dining bar, Kitchen E20, which is considered the social heart of the hotel and a theatrical spectacle, and a secluded cocktail bar inspired by the New York cocktail scene between 1930 and 1960. The Mezzanine is The Stratford’s creative hub, with their Open Deck Collective taking place every Thursday, live music every Friday, and DJs every Saturday night to play you into the early hours.

This fabulous hotel is not a base from which to explore the area but rather the destination itself.
