A short walk from the beach and train station, the recently refurbished Secret Seascape is a superb base for your Carbis Bay getaway. Elegantly styled and furnished, this home is also well-equipped, so you’ll have all you need to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay. The space is made up of a gorgeous lounge/diner with high ceilings and a bay window, a fabulous galley kitchen, two tasteful bedrooms including a master ensuite, and a second family bathroom with walk-in shower.
Outside, there’s a shared courtyard garden with a bistro table and chairs which is a lovely spot for relaxation especially in the morning and just after sunset. A large communal sea-facing garden with superb sea views, invites you to relax and take in the scenery. If you’d like to head to the beach, a gate from the garden gives access to a footpath which leads a short walk down to the shore, so you won’t need to drive or look for parking during your visit.
Carbis Bay’s calm, clear waters are a dream for anyone who enjoys water sports. Between Easter and October half term, the beach-based Ocean Sports Centre offers equipment hire and lessons so visitors can kayak, paddleboard and swim to their heart’s content. For a spoil, the Carbis Bay Hotel which is just down the road from the apartment, offers a range of spa facilities including treatments and pools. If you fancy eating out there are many wonderful restaurants nearby to choose from including Adam Handling’s Ugly Butterfly, Deli & Deli, The Hungry Gannet and Walter’s On The Beach. If you’d like to explore the beaches, shopping and atmosphere of St Ives you can easily walk to Carbis Bay’s small train station which is about five minutes away. It’s a three-minute train journey to St Ives and the journey showcases some of the most spectacular coastal views along the way.
