The Old Rectory is a handsome old redbrick building located within leafy gardens on the Pudlestone Estate in rural Herefordshire. With nine bedrooms, seven bathrooms, generous entertaining spaces and a games room including a silent disco, this is the perfect property for a fun and relaxing family and friends get-together.

Arrive at the Old Rectory and head to the kitchen for a much-needed up of tea. You'll find the Aga warm and the spacious country-style kitchen well equipped with all you need for feeding everyone in fine style. Whip up a hearty full English to feed the troops before a day of adventures, or make a delicious dinner for everyone to sit down and enjoy in the large dining room, with its fabulous garden views. Clearing up afterwards is easy with two dishwashers and two Belfast sinks.

After dinner there are three large reception rooms to choose from. The welcoming lounge is a fantastic family space, with comfy sofas, big screen TV and a kids' corner with games and toys. If you fancy some grown-up time, the sitting room next door is the perfect spot to put your feet up, watch TV and enjoy an after dinner drink. And if you're in need of a little quiet time, squirrel away in the cosy snug with a good book.

When bedtime beckons, snuggle down in one of the nine charming bedrooms, five of which are ensuite, located across the three floors. On the ground floor is a king-size room for two. On the first floor is the master suite with a super king bed, walk-in wardrobe and a large en suite bathroom; a king-sized double room with en suite; a twin bedroom with its own en suite; and a further twin room. The second floor has a four bedrooms: a family room with a king-size bed and two singles - plus a walk in dressing room with a single sofa bed, perfect as a sleeping area for young children if required; a family room with a king-size bed, two singles and an ensuite; a king-size double room; and a twin room. Also on this floor are two large family bathrooms.

Outside, the patio is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee along with views of the garden and countryside beyond. The Old Rectory sits within over three acres of landscaped grounds with its own lake. When the sun shines, hold a house croquet tournament, or head to the games room where a table tennis table and a double basketball arcade game offer fun come rain or shine. You can also have your very own in-house silent disco, with headsets available.

The glorious Herefordshire countryside is right on your doorstep. The Puddlestone Estate is only ten minutes from the pretty market town of Leominster, with its antique shops, pubs and cafes. A little further beyond is the historic town of Ludlow, where you can visit the 11th century castle and wander the lanes with their Tudor buildings. There are miles of walking trails, with the lovely Malvern Hills about 40 minutes away, while the West Midlands Safari Park makes a fab day out for the kids and is a 45 minute drive.
