With a range of properties on-site, guests can hire exclusive use of the island, which can accommodate up to 173 people!
With over 550 acres of orchards, meadows, salt marsh and rustic gardens, this hidden gem offers a wide range of accommodation to its visitors. Fancy something along the coast? The Captain's House and Manor House sleep 22 and 20 guests respectfully - perfect for hosting large gatherings and wowing your fellow guests at the same time. For a more intimate affair, why not opt for one of the beachside cottages? These quaint boltholes offer a serene spot right by the water, meaning you can relax and unwind in peace.
If you would like a little slice of urban life, then The Village is the place for you. Choose from over a dozen charming little cottages, each one with style and homespun charm in abundance. The Village is also home to the Courtyard Apartments, a varied range of self-catering properties which are simply teaming with character.
Osea also offers wonderful event packages for the likes of weddings, anniversaries, or any variety of party. The Power House is very popular as a wedding venue while The Bomb Factory is a unique indoor space that is ideal for a wide range of catered events - big or small. The Shack has a mix of outdoor and indoor spaces. Coupled with its 24-hour music and drinks license, the only limit on your event is what you can imagine. Lastly, there is The Puffin, the charming village pubs that sells local fare and classic ales.

Exclusive island hire is from £35,000 + VAT for one night or £45,000 + VAT for two nights.
For events over 300pax we charge an additional £5,000 + vat per night. For events over 400pax we charge an additional £10,000 + vat per night. Up to 499pax maximum (all souls).
