Mariners Cottage is a recently refurbished holiday home on the south of Cornwall that offers comfy furnishings and incredible sea views. This amazing, rustic property has plenty of old world charm, whilst featuring all the modern amenities you need for a wonderful stay.
The home has bright, inviting living spaces that are elegant and nicely furnished. The owners have ensured that the home has a coastal-inspired decor, as well as authentic features throughout. These combine to create a relaxing atmosphere, where you can unwind and socialise with your loved ones in style.
The open plan living and kitchen space has a comfy sofa, two occasional chairs, and a lovely wood burning stove to keep you toasty all-year-round. The kitchen is also nicely decked out with all the appliances you could need, and there’s a stylish dining table that can seat four in comfort.
Outside, is an enclosed garden with breathtaking sea views that stretch as far as the eye can see over Mount's Bay towards St Michael's Mount and Lizard Point. This is a truly amazing spot for your morning coffee whilst breathing the fresh Cornish air, or as a place to dine al fresco in the sunshine. Be sure to enjoy sundowners in the garden, before retiring inside and getting cosy in front of the log burning fireplace.
The two lovely bedrooms are guaranteed to offer great night’s sleep. The master bedroom sits on the first floor, whilst the twin room is located on the upper floor. Both make use of crips, high quality linen and have large sash windows which offer lovely views, whilst filling the rooms with natural light. The property also makes use of a newly fitted bathroom with a shower over the bath tub, a WC and a basin.
Mariners Cottage is located in the pretty Cornish village of Mousehole. Tucked away in the county’s south coast, this is the ideal spot for your next seaside break. Its pretty harbour is filled with traditional seaside cottages, and numerous galleries and gift shops sit on its narrow, cobbled streets. If you wish to head out and explore then some of Cornwall’s most amazing beaches and most popular attractions are not far. Be sure to visit the Minack Theatre and St Michael’s Mount!
